Join us at the Mizel Arts and Culture Center’s Elaine Wolf Theatre for the launch of “Unlearning Jewish Anxiety,” the newest book by Rabbi Caryn Aviv. Rabbinic Director at Judaism Your Way in Denver, Rabbi Caryn is a recovering academic in sociology and Jewish studies—and a (mostly) formerly anxious Jew—whose work centers on healing, compassion, and meaningful ritual for Jews, their loved ones, and allies. In this intimate evening, she will share insights from her fourth book, exploring how we can release inherited fears and cultivate a more grounded, expansive Jewish life.

This special book launch takes place on February 10 and offers an opportunity to engage with Rabbi Caryn’s thoughtful, accessible approach to spiritual resilience and self-compassion. Tickets are $18, or $36 for a ticket that includes a copy of “Unlearning Jewish Anxiety.”
